• 12 months of phone and e-mail access to live technical support during normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Mountain Time excluding holidays. Service time is limited to 5 hours per customer, per month.
• Free software version upgrades as they become available
• Personalized, password-protected access to a support account for ftp downloads and other support files

Price: $600 per named contact

Packaging: When your order is processed you will be entered into our support system, and you will receive your login credentials and special technical support phone number.

International Ordering: Support is currently available only in English. International telephone support is not toll-free.
